• 6 week - Nourish You Programme

The Nourish You Programme is for clients who want to kickstart their health and gain insights into the habits that are holding you back. You will receive a fully comprehensive review of your health and wellbeing. This starter package is ideal for us to get to know each other and make a meaningful move towards better health. The programme includes:

  • 1 x 75 minute initial consultation.
  • 2 x 45 minute follow up consultations.
  • Additional follow ups can be added as needed.

• Individual Nutrition and wellbeing Consultations

Book an individual consultation: 

Begin with an initial consultation, then your follow up consultation, as needed. The initial session will help you start your wellness journey, focus on a specific health issue and get a general wellness action plan. The follow up can enable us to celebrate your wins, boosting your wellness journey to move forward to better health ongoing. 

  • Initial : 1 x 60 minute consultation, includes personalised action plan, meal plan, supplemental support. £125 
  • Follow Up : 45 minutes review. £75 
  • Additional follow ups can be added as needed.

• Balance You - Nutrition & Health MOT - 30 days

Kickstart your metabolism, regain control of unwanted hormonal symptoms and boost your energy in just 30 days! This personalized program gives you the tools and knowledge you need to feel your best and maintain your energy throughout the day.

In just 30 days, you will:

  • Understand your body’s energy needs, so you feel empowered by your nutrition and lifestyle changes.
  • Learn which foods boost and sustain your energy levels throughout the day.
  • Gain control over your eating habits, making choices that support your hormones instead of disrupting them.
  • Develop healthy habits with the confidence and know-how to stick to them.

Your Nutrition & Health MOT Includes:

  • Comprehensive dietary analysis within your 45 minute action call.
  • One 20-minute check-in call around 30 days to celebrate your progress.
  • Personalized nutrition action plan.
  • Easy-to-follow meal plan with additional supporting recipes

Before your action call, you will complete a 3-day food diary and short questionnaire. This helps me identify any nutritional gaps and tailor your plan to your unique needs.

During our 45-minute ACTION call, we will review your personalized plan, discuss how to implement the recommended changes. We will focus on the nutrients that will boost your energy, support your hormones, and improve your overall health.

At the end of the 30 days, we’ll have a 20-minute check-in call to celebrate your accomplishments and set you up for continued success!

This is my most transformational programme, to allow you to break habits and create the positive and lasting changes you are looking for.

It offers regular contact over a 12 week period, which is an ideal amount of time to identify and improve many conditions and symptoms.
